Technology Transfer Specialist
High Performance Technologies, Inc. (HPTech) is an infrastructure-centered firm focusing on practice, research, policy, and technology transfer. HPTech was established in 2003 with the primary purpose of serving the U.S. federal government at their facilities and project sites. Our uniqueness lies in our ability to integrate physical sciences, social sciences, engineering, planning, and policy when developing and delivering infrastructure solutions.
HPTech is currently pursuing a major federal contract and we are identifying candidates who would be interested in working with us should we be awarded the contract. At this stage, we are looking for a Technology Transfer Specialist who will be responsible for the development of technology transfer approaches and implementation, including technical outreach materials development for audiences of varying technical depth.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication.
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in marketing, outreach, and technology transfer.
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing theories, concepts, principles, methods, practices, standards, and procedures.
Demonstrated ability to develop and present briefings and trainings, and prepare a wide array of communication materials.
Experience in the editing and publication of reports, technical briefs, journal articles, and research papers.
Proficient in 508 compliance implementations.
Experienced in creating and implementing plans for marketing, communication, and outreach for individual projects as well as program-level activities.
Excellent verbal, presentation, and writing skills.
Excellent team and collaborative skills.
This anticipated position, which is contingent upon the contract award to HPTech, would be based in McLean, Virginia.
