Hotel

The conference will be held at the Washington Dulles Airport Marriott, which is at the premises of the Dulles International Airport (IAD). More than 145 airports worldwide offer non-stop flights to the Dulles International airport. The hotel offers 24 hour complementary shuttle service to and from the airport.

​

A limited number of hotel rooms, at a special discounted rate of $119 per night, excluding taxes, are blocked for the conference attendees. The rooms at this special discounted rate will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis, and may be sold out even before the cut-off date of September 1, 2020.. 

​

The hotel bookings will begin early 2020.

Tour

The attendees will have an opportunity to visit nearby Udvar-Hazy Center of the National Air and Space Museum, which offers a glimpse of the accomplishments the Nation has made in air and space technologies.  Arrangements will be made for a guided group tour.
