(HPTech) is an infrastructure-centered firm focusing on practice, research, policy, and technology transfer.  HPTech was established in 2003 with the primary purpose of serving the U.S. federal government at their facilities and project sites.  Our uniqueness lies in our ability to integrate physical sciences, social sciences, engineering, planning, and policy when developing and delivering infrastructure solutions.

  • Develop an innovation plan for accelerating adoption of advanced R&D products (e.g., applications for naturalistic driving study data; connected and automated vehicles; countermeasures development and evaluation).

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, evaluate, and arrange engagements with public and private sector safety interests to identify federal R&D needs.

  • Identify companies whereby Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) with the federal government or other partnering mechanisms are relevant and possible.

  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in civil engineering, or transportation engineering.
