Administrative Assistant
High Performance Technologies, Inc. (HPTech) is an infrastructure-centered firm focusing on practice, research, policy, and technology transfer. HPTech was established in 2003 with the primary purpose of serving the U.S. federal government at their facilities and project sites. Our uniqueness lies in our ability to integrate physical sciences, social sciences, engineering, planning, and policy when developing and delivering infrastructure solutions.
HPTech is currently pursuing an upcoming major federal contract, and we are identifying candidates who would be interested in working with us should we be awarded the contract. At this stage, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for supporting research in the FHWA’s Long-Term Bridge Performance (LTBP) Program. LTBP, a long-term research effort on-going for the last 15 years, is aimed at collecting high quality bridge data from representative sample of different types of bridges across the nation to help better understand their performance. The administrative assistant shall be primarily responsible for supporting the efforts of LTBP personnel in the performance of their projects.
Qualifications

At least a High School diploma.

At least 3 years of experience in office support duties.

Experienced in planning for meetings and technical events.

Experienced in maintaining and updating stakeholder information.

Experienced in entering technical and administrative data in various databases.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent team and collaborative skills.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
